This Week’s Sermon – Pastor Matt will preach on the Minor Prophets: “Zechariah: The High Priest’s Dirty Robes.” This week, we continue our walk through the Minor Prophets with Zechariah, but we’re going to do it a little differently. Rather than spending a single week on 12 chapters, after a brief overview of the basic message of the whole book, we are going to focus in on of the 9 visions God gives Zechariah: Chapter 3, A vision of the High Priest Joshua, standing before the angel of the Lord. In it we find a beautiful image of the gospel promise to all of God’s people. Join us!
Memory Verse: Zechariah 3:4 – “Now Joshua was standing before the angel, clothed with filthy garments. And the angel said to those who were standing before him, “Remove the filthy garments from him.” And to him he said, “Behold, I have taken your iniquity away from you, and I will clothe you with pure vestments.” (ESV)
