Revelation 10 & 11 Study Questions:
- How is the mighty angel described, where is he standing and what does he sound like? What could the described characteristics of this angel signify?
- What did the mighty angel declare?
- What are some reasons from other scriptures that help us understand why God may justly choose to delay judgement? (Hint: read 2 Peter 3:1-9 & 2 Thessalonians 2:1-8)
- What was John instructed to do with the scroll in the hand of the angel? What was the outcome of following those instructions?
- Where else in scripture has God’s Word been eaten or referenced as “food”? (Hint: Ezekiel 2:1-3:3, Jeremiah 15:16, Matthew 4:4, 1 Peter 2:2, 1 Cor. 3:1-2, Psalm 119:103). What do these references suggest people are to do with God’s word?
- In what ways does God’s word contain both sweetness and bitterness? What was John to do with the scroll he ingested?
- What were the two witnesses to do outside of the temple, how were they protected, and what authority were they given?
- What will happen to the two witnesses once they finish their testimony and how will the world react?

- What does God do with the witnesses after 3.5 days and what is the sequence of events following what was witnessed?
