- What did John see happening in Revelation 21:1-2?
- What did the voice from the throne announce? How does this announcement impact you personally?
- Compare and contrast Genesis 1-3 and Revelation 21-22:5. What similarities and differences do you see between the old creation account and the new creation account?
- Read and consider Revelation 21:7. How does this help put loss in this world into perspective?
- What will the faithful to God receive versus those who choose to reject God?
- Who was the bride, the wife of the Lamb? What did she look like?
- Whose names were found on the 12 foundations of the city wall?
- What astounds you most about the description of the city, its gates and its wall?
- Research the meaning of the measurement terms “stadia” and “cubits”. What do we learn about the structure of this city?
- Why is there no temple seen in the city? Why is there no need for a physical temple at this time on earth to commune with God? (See 1 Cor. 6:19-20, Eph 2:21-22)

- What responsibilities do I have today because I believe I am promised a future in heaven?
