Music Ministry

Nic Willson

Nic works part-time leading the Campus Fellowship music ministry and helping out on the Sunday morning music teams. He is also a full-time fifth grade teacher at Ballard East elementary school. Nic is passionate about music, sports, and fellowshipping with friends.

Hannah Litterer

Hannah Litterer joined Stonebrook’s staff in 2023 as a part-time Communications Associate and Graphic Designer. She studies Graphic Design at Iowa State and is responsible for designing official graphics, handouts, and signs for Stonebrook alongside Summer Barber. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys journaling, reading, napping, and having fellowship with friends. If you ever see her, ask her about her favorite animal the Stingray.

Hannah Wigdahl

Hannah serves as a part-time resident for Campus Fellowship. She grew up in Ames attending Stonebrook, spent two years at DMACC in Ankeny, and is now a senior in Elementary Education at ISU.  She lives in the dorms on campus and enjoys being outside, reading (especially autobiographies), and listening to frogs.

Summer Barber

Summer Barber is the Communications Coordinator and Director of Women’s Ministry at Stonebrook Church. She and her husband Kevin moved to Ames in 2004 and couldn’t have asked for a better community in which to raise their three children.  Summer completed her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy at Creighton University in 2003 and provided therapy for many children and adults over the course of 17 years. In God’s great wisdom and goodness, Summer was led into ministry through an international and interdenominational organization…

Toby Doffing

Toby serves full-time as Campus Ministry Director for our college ministry, Campus Fellowship. Toby has a heart to reach the campus of Iowa State University with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and see it come alive in students’ hearts. His role on staff entails discipling students, evangelizing on campus, planning/leading events, and teaching at CF’s midweek services. Allison Bailey

Allison joined the Stonebrook staff in 2022, after serving in a parachurch camping ministry for 3 years. She graduated with her Bachelor’s from the University of Northern Iowa in 2018 and is currently pursuing her master’s in biblical counseling online through Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. At Stonebrook Allison serves as part of the Campus Fellowship college ministry staff and coordinates the children’s ministry. She is passionate about learning, and loves making others’ days a little brighter through a well-timed pun.

Joyce Bannantine

Joyce has been married to John for 30 years and they have 4 children, 3 who are now adults. She will finish her last year of homeschooling as their youngest child will graduate from high school nest year! She currently works part-time as a home care provider which perfectly matches her desire to serve others who are in need. John Bannantine

John Bannantine was saved by the grace of Jesus in Spring of 1994. He has been a member of Stonebrook since Summer of 1999. He works as a research scientist at the USDA facility in Ames and has been married for 30-plus years.

Daniel Bush

Daniel works part-time for Stonebrook as an Executive Administrator, managing all administration aspects of the church. He also works part-time at Pressure Point Cleaners, a power washing company in Ames, helping people schedule cleanings for their homes. He and his wife, Lydia, serve the Music Ministry on Sunday Mornings by mixing on the soundboard (Daniel) and singing on stage (Lydia). Mike Anderson

Mike Anderson has been a bio-vocational pastor since 2018.  Currently full time Professor of Practice at Iowa State. Mike leads the Re|Engage marriage ministry at Stonebrook. Re|Engage is discipleship-based enrichment for every marriage – the healthy, the struggling, and the broken.  Mike and Judy have been happily married since 1980 and have 5 children with 12 grandchildren.

Dave Bovenmyer

Dave Bovenmyer has been a pastor since 1974. Dave is partially retired but currently coaches six community groups and leads Renew Ministry, a prayer/counseling ministry that has helped many hurting people. Happily married since 1975, Dave and Dawn are the parents of seven children and have eleven grandchildren.  Dave’s is especially passionate about his family, the care of souls, and theology.
