Child & Youth Safety Program
We highly value our volunteers who make our children’s and youth ministries possible!
For the protection of our youngest SCC members, all employees, staff members, adult volunteers or youth volunteers who will be involved in SCC youth ministries must complete the following steps. These records will be kept confidential by a limited number of people overseeing the child and youth ministries. You will need to reapply and do a new background check every five years.
- Complete this application.
- Read the Child & Youth Safety Policy (PDF).
- Stonebrook will do a background check on each person who applies to serve in children’s ministry. Once the background check is ordered you will receive via e-mail a request for more information necessary to complete the check.
- Complete training venues as they are assigned.
