No one has sacrificed more to welcome others into God's family than Jesus. In light of this truth, the Welcome Team aims to reflect Christ by warmly welcoming and cultivating a sense of belonging to all who desire to seek, know and worship the one true living God.
Our Team Positions
Each one of our team positions are under the leadership of our Connections Pastor, Welcome team Coordinator, and an appointed team leader.
Greeters
Our greeters personally welcome each person entering our doors with a "Good Morning", a friendly smile and the readiness to assist with whatever is needed.
Hallway Escorts
Located near our welcome center, these servants are ready to accompany any new visitors with children to the Sunday School registration area. Our Hallway Escorts also help to keep our foyer easy to navigate by keeping high-traffic pathways clear.
Cafe Servers
Who doesn't like to start their Sunday morning off with a good old cup of coffee and a donut hole? Our Cafe Servers make this delicious start to the day possible by swinging by the bakery to pick up those tasty donut holes and then head to the church to brew a couple of pots of delicious coffee. The Cafe Server closes down and cleans up the cafe 10 minutes before the start of the service, so don't be late and miss out on the treats!
Sunday School Registration
Working together with the Hallway Escort, the registration team member is ready to assist any new visitors or current attendees in getting new students registered for Nursery and Sunday School classes.
Ushers
Our ushers are there to help all attendees in finding a place to sit in the auditorium during service, handing out printed bulletins and giving assistance to anyone who needs help navigating the building.
Parking Attendants
These team members are eager and excited to help anyone that enters our church parking lot to easily find a place to park and assist people in safely reaching the entry of the church if the need arises.
