  1. What did Jesus reveal to the disciples following his healing of the demon possessed boy?
  2. What do we learn about Jesus from the statement “The Son of Man is going to be delivered into the hands of men.”
  3. What was the disciples response?
  4. What may be the possible reason/s that Jesus’s message was “hidden from them so they did not grasp it?”
  5. What fears keep people from seeking understanding from or about Jesus even today?
  6. What did the disciples begin to argue about and what are the root sins causing this argument? What root sins cause arguments between people in the church today?
  7. Why would Jesus refer to a little child to help the disciples understand the foolishness of their argument?
  8. What does being the “least” look like in daily living for a Christian?
