Stonebrook Community Church is a Christian community that has grown since 1972 from a small, campus Bible fellowship into a thriving, multi-generational congregation.
We believe that God calls us to extend his love and the hope of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the people in the Ames area, to the students of Iowa State University, and to the world. We strive to perpetuate our church's legacy for God's glory by planting new churches as He enables and leads us.
Stonebrook Community Church is a member of Great Commission Northwest (GCNW), an association of evangelical Christian churches spanning from Chicago, IL to Seattle, WA. GCNW is a member of Great Commission Churches, a U.S.-based fellowship of independent churches designed to equip, unite and provide accountability to churches and ministries that have a desire to fulfill the Great Commission of Jesus Christ. Our heart is that churches will model "New Testament Christianity in Action Today."
